About us

Interogo Long-Term Equity focuses on significant minority equity holdings in profitable and sustainable Western European companies that have strong market positions, a proven track record and clear potential for value creation. We are sector agnostic and target both private and publicly listed companies.

We have a long-term perspective on investing, with the ability to own great companies for an indefinite period. We believe in active ownership and strive to use our influence for positive and sustainable development.

The Interogo Long-Term Equity strategy was established in 2020. We support a portfolio of six companies, out of Stockholm, Sweden. As of December 31, 2024, assets under management amounted to c. EUR 1.2 billion.

Our owner

Our owner, Interogo Holding, is a foundation-owned investment group based in Switzerland. Its investment strategies span private and long-term equity, real estate, infrastructure, and liquid assets. Interogo Long-Term Equity is responsible for its long-term equity strategy. 

Interogo Holding AG is owned by Interogo Foundation (a foundation based in Liechtenstein), whose purpose is to secure the independence and the longevity of the IKEA Concept and the financial reserves needed to ensure this.
